How can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order.

Please note that given the speed at which certain items sell out, we cannot guarantee that your item(s) will be available if your order is cancelled.

Oops! I forgot to input my discount / promo code at checkout!

Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it. Please ensure all your information is inputted correctly before submitting your order, including your discount code.

The item I want to order is out of stock. Will it be available again?

Due to the high demand of our products and sizes, they tend to sell out quickly. While certain products are exclusive and only released once, most of our items are generally restocked regularly.  Check back often or click “Notify Me” on the product to be informed when the product will be back in stock!

I want to be a Pyvit Wear Ambassador. Who should I talk to?

Our Ambassador Program is currently in development, however, if you are an athlete, or model with high visibility on social media, please email us at help@pyvitwear.com with your contact information or fill out the form on our contact page so we can get in touch with you!
